Electronic Loan Payments for Members

Orlando Federal Credit Union offers Members a hassle-free way to make a loan payment any time of day electronically using their Checking or Savings account at another financial institution or from a Debit card.You can make one time payments, biweekly or monthly recurring payment!

Members will have to enroll each loan they have on their account only once. Once enrolled, Members will use their 6 digit account number and Loan ID (suffix) and password to access the electronic loan payment service.

Don't know your 6 digit account number or Loan ID?

Here is how you can obtain this information:

  • Fax a letter requesting this information with a copy of your license and signature to: 407.850.2463 (make sure you include a return fax number).
  • Sign in to your online banking account and send a secured message requesting the information.
  • Visit your nearest location.
* As of 2018 Orlando Federal Credit Union does not accept Credit Cards as a means of payment for loans. Please keep in mind that when you call us to make a payment, we will NOT be able to provide your account number over the phone. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Important! All payment information entered upon enrollment must match the information on your Checking/ Savings account at your other financial institution or debit card account used to make the loan payment.Orlando Federal Credit Union is not responsible for payment rejection if the information you provide us is incorrect or does not match (this includes name, account ownership, account number, routing number).

*Consumer loans are boat, car, truck, personal line of credit, home equity, etc.)


  • Members can make payments to their Orlando Federal Credit Union loans FREE of charge by using their Routing & Checking/Savings account number at another financial institution.
