A. Mailed payments must be addressed to 1117 S. Westmoreland Drive, Orlando, FL 32805

Q 8. Why is the due date on my credit card not advancing?

A.The payment cycle starts the 1st of the month and ends on the last day of the month. In order to advance the due date on your statement cycle you are required to make a payment during the cycle. Making multiple payments during the payment cycle will only advance the due date 1 month.
For example: Current balance on my credit card is $500. I make a payment of $400 on January 15. The due date will advance to February 25. If I make another payment of $100 on January 25, the due date will still be February 25 and not advance to March 25.
